Yesterday, i had the pleasure to meet Cecilio Regojo for a workshop about Organizational Constelations at Porto – Portugal.
In a joint project between Mindcoach and Talent Manager, Cecílio Regojo showed a small part of this amazing tool.
With more than 35 years of business experience, Cecilio has held several positions of responsibility in companies of multiple sectors and areas of activity. His experience as a businessman, together with his experience as a business consultant dealing with a number of companies in many countries, has provided him with a broad understanding of organizations and companies.
Cecilio organizes workshops and trainings in several parts of the world. He has participated in a number of International Congresses as an invited lecturer. He also carries out management consultancy in the field of Systemic Consulting, working in companies and organizations.
This experience was quite inspirational!!!

Today, i have co-organized the launch of a new BNI chapter in POrtugal, South Europe – BNI LETHES.
The event was gathered in Viana do Castelo – Portugal for a massive group of entrepreneurs, CEOs and managers of the District. The pure art of business networking was here for the very first time. Can you imagine moving more than 100 guests from a small city in Portugal at 6:45 a.m.?
The pictures was taken by one of the members.
