Impression Management

This week, i heard a special lecture on “Impression Management” and i was impressed!!! Esther Liska delivered a speech about this concept.

In social psychology, impression management is the process through which people try to control the impressions other people form of them. It is usually synonymous with self-presentation.

As you understand, the first impressions are the most important in any professional relationship. And you cannot creat a second first impression!

Dress, body language (greater importance on what you do!), and oral language will be elements to focus your attention.
